The Reference Implementation Stack

Although the Conceptual Design Proposal for BIOOP software engineering is totally language, library, framework or even database agnostic, some technologies will work easier for implementing BIOOP then others.

In this section we will implement the Conceptual Design Proposal using the following open-source technologies which we will call the Reference Implementation Stack :

• React Bio

• Redux

• Node.js

• Next.js

• oGQL

• DGraph

• SocketCluster

• Docker

• Linux

The core Technologies used for the Reference Implementation Stack are React on the front-end, Node on the back-end and DGraph for the database, a suitable stack acronym could be appropriately defined as RND Stack or (pronounced RaNDom)
